Who We Are
Specialty Coffee Curators
Specialty Coffee Curators is a facility built on education, innovation and collaboration. All people within the coffee industry are welcome and have the ability to grow their knowledge and skills.
We provide a world class facility with a private training space targeted at training companies and wholesalers. Our partners host their barista training Sydney here at Specialty Coffee Curators. We also have shared office space for our industry partners requiring a base in inner Sydney.
We provide a communal roasting facility for our roaster partners to showcase their equipment, allowing you to take control of your coffee! There’s a consumer facing espresso bar to provide a sense of theatre, as punters watch on into the roasting and green partners display space. We are creating this space as an ideal location for industry events, be it individual companies hosting events or competitions.
Founder – Caleb Holstein
Caleb is the founder of Specialty Coffee Curators, He grew up in the hospitality industry work in his family businesses from an illegally young age.
Caleb’s worked in a variety of roles in the coffee industry over the last 10 years including Barista, Café Manager, Coffee Roaster & Café Owner.

Communal Roasting Facility
A communal coffee roasters Sydney with a range of equipment from various suppliers of both sample roasters and production roasters. Allowing you to take control of your coffee!
Event Space
A world class event space Sydney. We have two venues; one caters for 100 patrons and is ideal for a more private event. Whereas downstairs caters for between 200-300 patrons and is ideal for bigger coffee events Sydney.
Barista Training Facility
A world class barista training Sydney facility, showcasing different espresso machines and setups. Training classes for independent training partners, offering access to education and growth.
Hot Desk Office Space
A communal hot desk space for our partners needing a satellite office in the vibrant and diverse coffee hub of inner Sydney suburb of Marrickville.
